Delivery of a WebSphere 4.1 J2EE global E-Billing CRM system for the Telecoms giant Cable and Wireless. The JSP, Servlet, XML and XSLT core application interfaces with XML and XSLT driven messaging and reporting subsystems to deliver the customer experience. Warrell designed and wrote the enquiries component, application and database build and configuration sub-systems. The system is deployed into a clustered fail-over resilient managed environment using the ANT configuration management and build system. Warrell built custom ANT tasks and JUnit modules to fully automate the build, test and deploy cycle.

Warrell was responsible for the successful development and deployment of an extranet to support customers and sales staff. The Model 2 architecture employs Java Server Pages, Enterprise Java Beans, XML, JSP Tag libraries and JavaScript to implement an extensible, robust and rapid B2B application. Warrell also developed and deployed WebStart distributed Java-Swing WorkFlow client applications. All applications use an enterprise wide LDAP based single sign-on iPlanet directory server based bespoke LDAP service developed to overcome the problems of multiple user account administration.

Warrell was also responsible for the total system management of market domain data throughout the company and pioneered the development, deployment and adoption of an intranet so that user of reference data was coordinated.
